On the morning of September 14, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics (HCE) celebrated the 30th year of establishment (15/9/1989 – 15/9/2019) at B5 conference hall. It saw attendance of HCE’s administrators, staffs, lecturers, students and representatives from HCE’s partners.

In his speech, HCE's Rector Lam Van Quan reviewed the highlights in 30 years of HCE’s establishment and development. HCE constantly grew in all aspects, achieved breakthroughs in training and in domestic and international cooperation. More than 80% of graduates found jobs and got highly appreciated by employers. HCE attracted a developing number of enterprises, colleges and universities to cooperate and support in the field of training and development year by year. 

Furthermore, he expressed his sincere thanks to Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, Department of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs; offices; partners and press agency for supporting HCE. 

On this occasion, HCE received the compliment from Department of Education and Training and the emulation flag from Emulation – Reward Board of Department of Home Affairs on efforts and achievements during the past 30 years. 

At the end of ceremony, the Rector gave thanks to delegates, lecturers and students for their attendance.
