Learning Express (LeX) with HCE is an annual two-week-long cultural exchange and social innovation project conducted in cooperation with Singapore Polytechnic (SP).

HCE and SP students collaborate to apply Design Thinking principles in innovating solutions to everyday problems faced by local, less-developed communities in Vietnam. In doing so, they forge bonds and friendships that will last a lifetime.

LeX with HCE celebrated its 5th anniversary in 2019, and continues to be one of HCE’s most popular extracurricular programs.
