Established in 1989, Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics (HCE) is a public institution centrally located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Each year, around 1000 students graduate from HCE ready to integrate into the workforce.

At HCE, our 277 dedicated lecturers and staff believe that every single student deserves excellence in education. Through an emphasis on international relations and cross-cultural communication, HCE works to expand our students’ breadth of knowledge while providing a stimulating academic environment with world-class facilities.

HCE is in the process of implementing a development strategy for the next decade, with the aim of remaining competitive in an increasingly integrated and fast-paced world.
