HCE has close working relationships with many international organizations and academic institutions from around the globe. With our valuable partners, HCE commits to providing our students with a truly global learning experience from a multitude of perspectives.

Throughout their 3 years of study, HCE’s students have the opportunity to join academic exchanges (LeX with HCE, Sakura Science Plan, etc.) and training workshops and seminars delivered by keynote guest speakers, as well as the chance to access world-class programs supported by volunteers and visiting foreign staff.

HCE’s partners hail from Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, and elsewhere, and each brings their own unique capabilities and skillsets to support HCE’s programs and administration.

Each year, HCE also welcomes and hosts an average of 30 different delegations to visit and sign Memoranda of Understanding for future cooperation.
